Children
We love children, but please understand that our salon environment may not be suitable for young children unless they are receiving services. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the salon.
Allergies and Sensitivities
Please inform your stylist of any allergies or sensitivities you may have to hair products or treatments. Patch tests may be required for certain treatments to ensure your safety and comfort.
Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, we cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during or after services. Clients are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns that may affect their hair services.
Conduct
We strive to maintain a professional and respectful environment for all clients and staff members. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disrespectful will not be tolerated, and clients may be asked to leave the premises.

Cancellations Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we always try to be as flexible as possible. However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact.
Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellations on the same day as the appointment: The full appointment cost will be charged, as we are unlikely to fill the space at such short notice.
No-shows (failure to attend without notice): The full appointment cost will be charged, and future bookings may require full prepayment.
