Appointment Policy
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from the total cost of services. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. For new clients or those who haven't visited the salon in more than 3 months, a 48-hour patch test may be required before certain treatments to ensure your safety and comfort. Please contact us to schedule your patch test in advance.

We strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
Pricing
Prices for services may vary depending on factors such as hair length, thickness, and additional treatments. A consultation will be provided before any services are performed to discuss pricing and ensure clarity.
Personal Belongings
Please take care of your personal belongings while in the salon. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Children
We love children, but please understand that our salon environment may not be suitable for young children unless they are receiving services. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the salon.
Allergies and Sensitivities
Please inform your stylist of any allergies or sensitivities you may have to hair products or treatments. Patch tests may be required for certain treatments to ensure your safety and comfort.
Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, we cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during or after services. Clients are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns that may affect their hair services.
Conduct
We strive to maintain a professional and respectful environment for all clients and staff members. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disrespectful will not be tolerated, and clients may be asked to leave the premises.
